Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Pearl Shine for your mobile auto detailing needs. Please review our terms and conditions before booking:
Booking Policy
Bookings are considered final once confirmed. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed for one time.
Preparation for Service
Customers must remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the detailing service begins.
Pearl Shine does not hold responsibility or liability for any lost or missing items.
Pricing and Additional Charges
Prices provided are guidelines and subject to adjustment based on the condition of the vehicle.
Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, pet hair, vomit, bodily fluids, or any other condition requiring extra time and effort.
Pearl Shine reserves the right to decline providing services for vehicles in conditions beyond expected levels or required expertise.
Service Location Requirements
Services will only be carried out at suitable locations to ensure safety and compliance with local authorities’ laws and regulations.
We do not work on main roads, public car parks (unless written permission is provided), or locations that compromise safety or equipment integrity, especially in adverse weather conditions.
The location must provide suitable parking space for our van and enough room to fully open all vehicle doors.
During hot summer days, the vehicle must be placed under shade or inside a garage to ensure optimal service conditions.
For bookings at gated communities or residential compounds, customers must confirm with the property management and obtain necessary permissions before booking.
Utilities and Access
While we carry water onboard and have our own power generator, access to additional utilities may be required for certain services.
Non-Adherence to Terms
Failure to meet any of the above terms may result in liability for the full cost of the agreed booking and any other legal obligations.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk
